Oi oi folks, it's been a while since my last visit on our precious site and in-game also...hmm, looks like six monts now...ohhh dear...
I was completly offline because of some major problems in a different levels, but luckily it's behind me right now...

So, in general just wanted you to know i'm back from the outworld so please dig up me from the dead members, i you could of course

Oh, in the meantime i've build my new rig, nothing impressing but, what's most important, i can finally play some modern games ;D And from a few titles by now i can say RAGE is the greatest FPP iv'e played in last few years. To be honest i cant compare it with much more, because i don't play so much but despite of all technical problems, as a good old school shoteer its just brilliant. The mechanics of shooting and enemy's reactions to hitboxes and used weapons are highly enjoyable And when it is is packed in so beautiful, maked with sense of art graphics we get a very solid product. Only if ending wasn't so cutted downe and there was a challenging difficulty level...but hey, you can't have everything.

That's all from me for now, gonna finally install QW and see if anyone still plays it

Hey there, }Aard{nvthe1 ! First of all - thanks for a warm welcome Yeah, QW is still alive and Aardvark got new members (hiya!), which both makes me happy to see

About my specs, like said before it's a "move along, nothing to see here" type
Phenom II X3, HD5770 1G and 4G of ram. As i'm not a big gamer it works for me completly. And with current resolution (1440x900) i can play all games on high detail so far (RAGE looks amazing in some spots), i must only change cpu cooling because box version clearly isn't designed for gaming, i could use it as a hair dryer, but no, its inconvenient and besides i already got one ;D

Dunno how about u guys but i'm just waiting for that week to an end, "in mind" i'm on saturday, where will be a quite explosive mix-feast with Battlefield 3 as a main dish, collecting ingredients in progress It'll be also first serious test to my new junk, gonna see will it handle game at medium settings as i presume.

Last but no least, i couldn't use my name because it was already registered, but to be honest i don't remember doing that But, if so can you please send my account data? Unfortunally i can't get access into part of forum without loggin in.

And sorry for any language mistakes, didn't use it since spring and i'm getting rusty quick in that matter

Building a new rig is a fine measure between the games being played,the available expenditure & the unit cost.

Playing ET:QW really didn't push my old AMD 4200x2 but with the pending release of BF3 just had to sort new cpu (AMD PhenomIIx4 3.3Ghz),increase ram to 8GB,awaiting delivery of the new graphics card (GTX 460 1GB) & upgrade to Windows 7 (BF3 requires Windows 7 ffs).Current windows expierance 5.9.

Looking forward to BF3 as well.
Didn't take to BF2,found it rather clunky..again could have been cause of the PC.
And wouldnt touch COD..Activision still suck & if they're
still here in 2 years times I'll pack up drinking for good


So this weekend bit of both..ET:QW & BF3...looking forward to it.

Again i am amazed by the multilingualism of the clan.
As a multi-national clan we have members from Portugal,Netherlands,Iceland,Poland,USA,Greece & Newcastle (oi X-Key ;D )
Me being a mere mortal i can only speak English (badly at that).
Someone not using their native language will never be criticized here on Aardvark.

Bit of a winded post but i'm proud to be part of a clan that,after 2 years,still has the fire.
